YCNC offers a range of services and programs and delivers youth focused community events to support and celebrate young people and families in Lismore and the surrounding region. These include:
Youth and Family Support Services
1. Case Management Support Services
2. Youth and Family Counselling Service
3. Independent Living Skills Program
4. Youth Housing Support Service including intake assessment and referral, transitional accommodation (1 – 3 months), medium term supported accommodation (3 – 12 months), and outreach support (3 – 6 months).
5. Specialist Youth Community Housing Service - YCNC is a registered community housing provider specialising in youth housing with properties located in Nimbin, Goonellabah and Lismore.

6. Referral and Linkages with youth and community building programs, both within YCNC and in the broader community.
Youth and Community Building Programs
1. Youth Social Inclusion programs and events, including annual Aussie Battlers, Youth Week and NAIDOC week.
2. Community Strengthening and Capacity Building Programs, including programs which provide a voice for young people and the opportunity to improve youth wellbeing and resilience, including Our Village Rocks, Sistas On About Resilience (SOAR) and the Unsung Heroes projects.
3. Education Engagement and retention programs to support young people to stay at school, including African Youth Homework Club and the Links to Learning Program.
4. Health, Sports and Recreation Programs, including skate park programs, GSAC and Aboriginal Sports programs.
5. Creative Arts and Multimedia Programs, including Multimedia Lab projects and access to Cert II in Creative Arts.
6. Youth Involvement and Policy Projects, including youth consultations, research projects, student placements and involvement in policy formulation at local, state and national levels.
