The Lismore African Youth Homework Club has been one of the most successful projects coming out of Youth Connections North Coast in recent years.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30 – 5:30pm
(during school terms)
The Homework Club brings together fabulous volunteer tutors and recently arrived African Students attending local high schools, to provide homework help across a range of subjects including: Mathematics, Science, English, History, Music, Social sciences and Geography.
Youth Connections North Coast IT lab enables students to access 1:1 support in a relaxed and friendly environment. The Homework Club is free and all students are provided with refreshments and transport home in Lismore.
