Information for all applicants – National Police Checks and Working with Children Checks

YCNC will conduct National Police Check and Working with Children Checks on all applicants.

When applying for a position at YCNC, you need to:

• Download and print the National Police Check application form and the Working with Children Check declaration and consent form from the links below
• Complete and sign the forms, and
• Send them in with your application.

Please note that a criminal record does not necessarily disqualify you from selection. If the National Police Check results in rejection of your selection, you will be given the opportunity to discuss the matter before a final decision is made.
