Who we are
Youth Connections North Coast Inc (YCNC) is a not for profit community based organisation, delivering a range of services and programs to disadvantaged youth and their families within Lismore and surrounding areas.
We support disadvantaged young people to keep their lives on track by:
- providing practical assistance and emotional support, and
- believing in and celebrating the positive potential of all young people.
Who we work with
Young people aged 10 – 25 and their families within Lismore and surrounding region.
Our goals
- To promote the positive contribution young people make to the community within the region
- To deliver outstanding accommodation options, support services, programs and activities for young people in partnership with our stakeholders, and
- To build a vibrant and sustainable organisation recognised for excellence in service delivery.
What we do
Youth and Family Support Services
- Case management, counselling and family mediation
- Youth homelessness, supported accommodation and community housing
Youth and Community Building Programs
- Re-engaging young people in education and training
- Youth social inclusion, community strengthening and capacity building
- Youth Health, sports and recreation
